These terms apply to Tengri AI Chat, operated by Tengri Global Group Ltd. By registering or installing a widget, you agree to use the service lawfully and provide accurate account information.

Service

Tengri AI Chat provides configurable website chat, AI-assisted replies, conversation records, lead capture and related controls. AI output can be incomplete or incorrect and must not be treated as legal, financial, medical or other regulated professional advice.

Acceptable use

You must not use the service for unlawful content, fraud, harassment, malware, unauthorised data collection, prompt extraction, service interference or attempts to bypass plan limits, access controls or Tengri branding requirements.

Plans and billing

Trials and paid-plan features are subject to the limits displayed when ordered. A plan request is not active until confirmed by Tengri. Custom services, enterprise capacity and integrations require written confirmation.

Customer responsibility

You are responsible for your website notice, uploaded business knowledge, authorised use of visitor information and the accuracy of information supplied to the assistant.

Availability and liability

We work to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or any commercial outcome. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
