Which plans include AI Calls?

All active annual Starter, Growth and Premium plans include AI Calls access. Monthly plans and the free trial do not. Create campaigns, automate follow-up for new hot leads with phone numbers, schedule selected leads or dial a number manually. Calls use your website AI knowledge plus your calling instructions. Prepaid USD call credits are purchased separately; sufficient credits and contact permission are required. Review call status, summaries, transcripts and available recordings in your dashboard.

What does the free trial include?

You get 14 days, one website and 200 AI replies in total, with no credit card required. Optional WhatsApp alerts have a separate one-day trial activated in your dashboard after number verification.

What happens when I reach my reply limit?

AI replies pause when your allowance is used. Paid-plan allowances reset every 30 days while your plan remains active; unused replies do not roll over. You can upgrade to a higher plan or contact support about capacity. Self-service reply top-ups are not currently available.

Are replies shared across my websites?

Yes. The allowance belongs to your account and is shared across all assistants and websites on that account. Starter includes 2,000 replies and Growth includes 5,000 replies every 30 days. Visitor messages are not charged.

How do monthly and yearly payments work?

Monthly purchases cover 30 days; yearly purchases cover 365 days paid upfront. Neither renews automatically. Successful payment activates your plan. Same-plan renewals open seven days before monthly expiry or 30 days before yearly expiry and extend your existing term. Upgrades start immediately; lower plans can be selected after the current plan expires.

How do WhatsApp lead alerts work?

Paid plans include optional alerts to your verified number. Enable them in the dashboard after sending the consent message. Reply STOP to disconnect. Delivery depends on your settings and the messaging service; your website chat works independently of WhatsApp.

Is Tengri AI Chat independent from Meta and WhatsApp?

Yes. The core service is independent website chat and works without a Meta or WhatsApp account.

How do I install it?

Paste the unique script from Dashboard → Installation before the closing body tag on the pages where chat should appear.

Will visitors keep their conversation after refreshing?

Yes. The widget restores the recent conversation on the same browser and returns to the latest message.

Can I control how long the AI replies are?

Yes. Choose concise, balanced or detailed replies in the AI Assistant settings; concise is the default.

Can I use one assistant on more than one website?

Yes, subject to your plan. Use the same installation script across the websites covered by your subscription.

Can visitors request a person?

Yes. Requests are flagged in your dashboard. Your team reviews the conversation and follows up using the visitor’s contact details. Requesting a person does not automatically connect a live operator.
